Today we take a look at some of our favourites beach clubs in the central region of Marbella between Puerto Banús and Marbella Town, well-known for its beautiful tropical coastline surrounded by svelte palm trees, which also offers stunning sunsets:
Victor’s Beach
Perched upon a stunning rocky corner of coastline, this beach club offers the most beautiful sunsets in Marbella. This laid-back chiringuito has been serving seafood, hosting beach weddings and holding some of the most fun-filled beach parties since the early 1980s, and above all has retained its local clientele, who still pack the terraces every Sunday to enjoy great live music over leisurely meals with friends and family.
Trocadero Playa
This fabulous beachfront restaurant is situated just a little further along towards the centre of Marbella. Nestled in a thick cluster of palm trees, and distinguished by its pretty colourful parasols in bright shades of pink, orange and purple, Trocadero is a Marbella institution that needs little introduction. The main fare here is traditional Spanish and in particular Andalusian cuisine, as well as a great many fusion dishes. The skewered sardines cooked over burning coals in a sand-filled boat outside is one of Trocadero’s signature dishes and if you can’t spot the coloured parasols just follow the appetising scents and you will soon come upon this stylish, laid-back beach venue.

La Sala by the Sea
Settled in the heart of Puerto Banús, this club is well-known for its outstanding Asiatic cuisine and the fancy pool and beach lounges, where visitors from Marbella enjoy lovely and relaxing sunny days with views over the Mediterranean. If you are looking for a fine dinner under the stars, La Sala Beach also offers its al fresco restaurant with a selection of dishes from fresh seafood, Thai fusion cuisine and sushi in a great ambiance with live music.
Ocean Club
This luxury and exclusive beach club is settled near by the Marina of Puerto Banús offering a relaxing atmosphere with white beds, VIP and massage zone, beauty salon, and designer shop. The Ocean Club also gives beach parties where Dj’s play the best music around and has a great selection of French, Asiatic and Mediterranean cuisine.
